You are at the right place for Tai Chi & Qi Gong instruction. Leslie has been teaching Tai Chi & QiGong for over 19 years at the Sarasota YMCA, Save Our Y and Core SRQ in Sarasota. She's certified as a Supreme Qi Science Instructor with QiGong Master Jeff Primack, and "Moving Through Better Balance" at Tampa YMCA. This focus on Balance is a continuing theme in Leslie's tai chi & Qi Gong lessons.
Leslie has taken classes with Dr. Yang Yang and his Healing Science at Harvard University. She has studied Chen style tai chi & Broad Sword with David Christophy, Bear Walking & self-defense with Reuben Fernandez, Baby Dragon style with Cody "Eagle" Templeton & Gina "White Dove" Stapleton at Core SRQ. Leslie teaches Qi Gong & Tai Chi lessons at World QiGong Day with Dr. Kuhn, Yang 24 with Gail Petit at Sarasota Bay Club and Tai Chi fans with Alena Nickos at Sarasota Palmer Ranch YMCA in Sarasota. Leslie is a charter member of The Holistic Community in Sarasota & The National Holistic Chamber of Commerce.
